In 2010, there were 369,500 reported structure fires in homes alone. Fires spread rapidly leaving as little as two minutes for escape once the alarm sounds. Your ability to reach safety relies on advanced warning from the alarm system and an escape procedure that has been practiced thoroughly.

Develop Your Plan

Draw escape routes and practice them at least twice per year. Know at least two ways out of every room (if possible) and assure that all windows and doors that lead outside open easily.
